Ralph Dayton is an independent photographer. Ralph is dedicated to documenting the current conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Ralph graduated from New York University with a BA in Politics and History. He also earned a JD from Emory University School of Law.

Prior to 2006 Ralph owned and operated a farm in the Blacklands of Eastern North Carolina tending 2,300 acres of cotton, wheat and soybeans. He left farming to pursue his photography and travel the world documenting stories that need to be told.
